I know that in order to eat a balanced diet, you have to have a set amount of grains, vegetables, fruits and milk. Some healthy foods are, rice, bread, cabbage, carrots, apples, bananas, and dairy products such as yogurt or milk. I eat grains (rice) everyday because I'm asian. I drink milk in the mornings and eat vegetables for dinner. I eat fruits as a replacement for water because water has no flavor. Also, my families filter water disgusts me.

Healthy

Junk foods contain fat, calories, sodium and other bad things for your body. Foods that have a lot of sodium worsens your body and makes you dehydrated. Some junks foods are chips, fries, soda, candy, and gum. If you eat excess junk food, you might clog your arteries and you might be in need of a coronary bypass. You might also get a heart attack or a stroke.
